Harris Expertise has introduced board chairman Andrew Plympton has retired from his position after 11 years with the corporate.
Plympton will likely be changed by latest board appointee Alan Sparks as non-executive chairman.
“[Plympton] supplied very sturdy governance management on behalf of all shareholders. He was instrumental in serving to Harris Expertise in its pursuit to develop into a number one pure-play e-Commerce retailer,” the ASX announcement learn.
“The board extends its gratitude to Mr Plympton for his contribution to the corporate over the previous 11 years.”
Plympton served as chairman of web providers firm The Swish Group from 2010 and remained within the position after the corporate merged with Harris Expertise in 2016.
Sparks joined Harris’ board in December 2020 as a non-executive director. Sparks was most not too long ago the chief government of cell equipment distributor Cellnet Group, a job he held from 2014 to June 2020.
Sparks additionally held government roles at Belkin Asia Pacific, Provider Company and Philips Client Electronics.
